Wedgewood Services Limited designed and implemented an AI Engineering & Design Assistant on AWS using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Engineering documents, project reports, contracts, and historical records were securely stored in Amazon S3, while Amazon Textract extracted information from scanned documents for intelligent retrieval. Amazon OpenSearch Service improved semantic search, AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway automated backend workflows, Amazon DynamoDB stored application data, Amazon Cognito and IAM secured access, and Amazon CloudWatch provided monitoring. The solution enables engineers to generate technical reports, summarize documents, retrieve information from previous projects, and draft proposals using the company’s engineering knowledge.
